Questions, answered

Is rewarding reviews even allowed?
Yes — when the incentive is unconditional and disclosed. We enforce both: rules can't reference ratings, and every rewarded review carries an automatic disclosure note.
Can dots.eco touch my Loox reviews?
No. The connection is read-only. Editing and moderating reviews stays entirely inside Loox.
What if a customer leaves a bad review?
If it meets your neutral conditions, it earns the same reward as a glowing one. That's what makes the incentive trustworthy.
How is the impact verified?
Named partners (One Tree Planted, Plastic Fischer, Rainforest Trust…) fulfil each Dot. Every reward gets a certificate ID in the dots.eco impact ledger, reconciled nightly.
